Pre-Order Details: From time to time our braids will go on pre-order. This is due to the fact that they are hand made and we are working around the clock to keep up with our customers requests. Don't worry though our customer support team will keep you updated.
All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it! If you need more detailed information, please shoot us an email at contact [email protected] and we'll help you out!
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Usually we write the product as sample and lower value just to help you avoid the customs tax as possible as we can.

Orders can be canceled only before shipping. The buyer need to contact us first for the reason, our sale manager will arrange the cancellation in 2 working days.
Any orders that have been shipped out order can not be canceled.
14 Day Returns Warranty：
Customers can contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center： [email protected].
1. Wapthe Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when wapthe is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.
Incorrect order(size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
* Additional notes about Warranty *
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will get returns.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
